Cadet Serpico
| When (tutorial on, fan guide ⚠️) | What happens |
|---|---|
| Days 40–46 | He visits your counter several times. Don’t report him or the rescue is off |
| ~Day 46 | He’s wanted; the quest starts |
| Next 3 nights | Leave 2,000+ kcal of food on the ground at the Dumping Grounds ✅ |
| ~Day 51 | Fail check — not a fourth delivery night |
| After | You decide what to do with his documents: Revolution or Black Market freely; Security needs 50+ Security rep. Reward: +12 rep with that faction and one hardware item (a ruined Extended Storage Bay, 4 Module Bay Expansion Kits or 2 Current Converters) ⚠️ |
The 2,000 kcal / 3 nights rule and the Maimed lock-out are confirmed by several Steam threads.
Georgio
The “greatest scavenger in the Lower Levels” sells things you should inspect: scrap as “alien relics”, ordinary water as “100% Pure Dehydrated Water”, counterfeit Hemingway cigarettes (how to spot them), and stolen Upper Levels goods that carry heat.
- Liquid Luck: one free around Day 27, three more for sale later (fan guides ⚠️ for the days).
- Radioactive waste: the first time you dump it, he brings it back to your counter — only once; after that, dumping works ✅.
- Spaceship loan (~Day 43): he asks for ¼ or ½ of your cash and repays 4× later, plus a Scavenger’s Token you can display to attract Scavenger customers ⚠️.
- Evidence Locker (~Day 37): see FAQ.
Officer Lun
From two fan wikis that agree ⚠️: on ~Day 12 he’s wounded and asks for painkillers or medical items — every narcotic you sell him raises his addiction. From Day 16 he’s back on duty; if he stays addicted he later sells surplus weapons cheap, and around Day 24 a “story search” can destroy narcotics left in the open. A Synaprest Injector (−10 addiction) before Day 20 avoids the bad branches.
Scratchers and the lottery
| Scratcher Ticket | Weekly Lottery Ticket | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | 20 | 25 ⚠️ |
| How | Scratch instantly | Pick 6 numbers 1–49; drawn Friday night, results in Saturday’s paper ⚠️ |
| Top prize | Three Nutrifruit = 350 ✅ | 6 numbers = 1,000,000 ⚠️ |
Watch out: when the Lottery Representative starts talking you have a second or so to dismiss him before he sells you a pile of tickets. The end-of-week Merchant buys old tickets.
